delivery and time frame

At Michael Scott Carter, we are committed to providing quality service. To this end, we have created a delivery policy that ensures our customers are satisfied throughout their shopping experience.

shipping rate

The shipping rates are calculated automatically by our system, considering the weight of the products and the delivery region, based on the rates of the Post Office and partner carriers.

free shipping

Free shipping is offered for orders that meet the following conditions, with the shipping method chosen by the store:

South Region: orders from R$  499,00

Southeast Region: orders from R$ 699,00

Central-West Region: orders from R$ 899,00

Northeast Region: orders from R$ 1.500,00

North Region: orders from R$ 2.000,00

 

For orders below these values ​​and/or in other regions, shipping will be calculated normally.

estimated delivery

The estimated delivery time varies according to the destination region and will be determined after checking the postal code. Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday, during business hours, and the deadline begins from the date of issue of the invoice. Track your order and make sure that someone will be available to receive the package on the expected date. Make sure that the delivery address is correct, as changes cannot be made after the invoice is issued. tracking

For orders fulfilled via PAC, a tracking code will be sent so that you can track the delivery on the Correios website. For orders sent by carriers, tracking information can be obtained through our service channels or in the tracking systems of the partner carriers themselves using the invoice number.

delivery attempts

Orders sent by the Post Office will have 3 (three) delivery attempts on consecutive business days. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be available for collection at the branch closest to the customer's address for 7 (seven) days (a notification will be sent informing this procedure). After this period, the order will be returned to our distribution center. Orders sent by carriers will only have 1 (one) delivery attempt; the costs for new delivery attempts (re-deliveries) are the customer's responsibility.

when you get your order

Please check that the packaging is in perfect condition before accepting it. Unpack your purchase in the presence of the delivery person and confirm that the items are as you purchased them. If there is any discrepancy, follow the instructions in our Exchange and Returns policy.
